Are your trays food safe? Can I use it as a charcuterie board?
Yes! We work exclusively with dark walnut wood and finish everything with a coat of food grade wax and oil before shipping.
Do you offer customizations?
Yes! We offer a number of custom options of our top sellers. You can find those products here.
I have an idea for an original design, can I commission you to make it for me?
Unfortunately we don't offer commissions at the moment (there aren't enough hours in the day!).
However, we are able to personalize our existing designs with your name, a special date, even a logo. You can find customizable products here.
Can you make custom weight plate trays for our event?
Please email us at twomakerscrew@gmail.com with the details about the customization you're interested in, the size and number of trays and your timeline and we'll be happy to take a look.
We'll take a look at our production schedule, your timeline, and shipping time and get back to you!
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Please contact us via email at twomakerscrea@gmail.com with your mailing address to organize international shipping.
When will my order ship?
We make everything to order.
Generally ship within 3-4 business days.
Orders placed Friday afternoon ship out Monday.
When will my order be delivered?
We ship everything with tracking via Canada Post or UPS. Check your email (and spam folders!) for a shipping confirmation email from twomakerscrew@gmail.com to find the tracking link with more information about your order.
Generally, delivery take business 3-9 days. Please note, this does not account for customs processing time or weather events which may cause delays.
