Shipping Regions

We currently offer shipping to the United States and Canada. 

We ship everything via Canada Post, UPS, or USPS.

Processing Procedure

All items are made to order, unless otherwise stated on the product page. 

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing the shipment tracking (if available) information which you can monitor for expected delivery. 

Should you need your order to be delivered by a specific date (like a special occasion), please contact us via email at hello@twomakerscrew.com to ensure the timeline is realistic. Specific delivery dates are not guaranteed. 

About Duties and Taxes

As the buyer, you are responsible to pay import taxes and duties and tariffs in accordance with local laws and restrictions. These taxes and duties will not be shown as part of the final price at checkout.

Two Makers Crew is not responsible if a package is returned or destroyed because you refuse to pay the duty or tariffs.

Shipping Notice

Delays are often inevitable, due to customs processing time, time of year, weather events, and environmental disasters. Specific delivery dates are not guaranteed. 

We are not be responsible for address errors entered at the time of ordering or packages that may be lost or stolen after delivery. If you believe this was mis-delivered, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier or home insurance agency directly.
