Production & Shipping

• Typical production time: around 1–3 business days for standard quantities.
• All engraving and finishing is done in our Vancouver Island workshop.
• Orders ship via Canada Post; tracking is included on larger orders.
• Need these for a specific event date? Let us know in the order notes and we’ll confirm timelines.
• Holiday note: For Canadian Christmas gifting, we recommend ordering by mid-December based on Canada Post guidelines.

Artwork Guidelines

• Vector files (SVG, AI, EPS, PDF) produce the cleanest results.
• High-resolution PNG or JPG files also work; we will adjust them for engraving.
• Simple, high-contrast logos engrave best at keychain size.
• If you are unsure whether your logo will work, upload what you have and we will reach out if we need anything else.
